OTCnet Release 5.1.4 Overview

The U.S. Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service Over the Counter Division (OTCD) is updating the Over-the-Counter Channel Application (OTCnet) to Release 5.1.4 in August 2026, which introduces the following update:

System Enhancements

Upgrade OTCnet Local Bridge: The OTCnet Local Bridge (OLB) is upgraded to version 3.1.0.0 and is compatible with Java 21 and 25.
