OTCnet Release 5.1 Now Available
On Saturday, May 30, 2026, OTCnet was updated to Release 5.1. This release includes updates to OTCnet Card Processing and the application branding. The OTCnet Local Bridge (OLB) was upgraded to version 2.7.1. and is compatible with Java 11, 17, 21, and 25. For more details, please refer to the Release Notes.

OTCnet Check Processing & Mobile Check (Tuesday, September 22, 2026, 1:30 PM ET)

New Card Terminal Now Available in OTCnet!
OTCnet has rolled out a new card terminal: the Verifone M450! With the M450, you can take advantage of the OTCnet Integrated Solution for Card Processing, enabling credit and debit card payments. This modernized payment solution allows agencies to consolidate reporting to a single platform and integrate it with their current OTCnet account. Starting with the addition of the new payment method, Card Processing will be familiar to users of OTCnet. The process is broken down into a few simple steps:
- Agency user logs into OTCnet and selects the Card Processing tab
- Customer interacts with the terminal to complete the transaction
- Card transaction follows existing CAS process
- Agencies can view their reports in CIR
- OTCnet Card Processing enables agencies to further streamline their over-the-counter services by expediting payments, maximizing collections, and expanding customer accessibility. Streamline Transactions with OTCnet Kiosk Services!
The OTC Kiosk Tablet and Self-Service Kiosk provide agencies with the ability to streamline over-the-counter services by minimizing long lines at the counter and maximizing collection opportunities in remote locations. The OTC Self-Service Kiosk also allows customers to process transactions independently of an agency representative. All collected payments and deposits will be integrated into the existing OTCnet reporting functionality for ease of reference and agency accounting.
