OTCnet Release 5.1 Overview
The U.S. Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service Over the Counter Division (OTCD) is updating the Over-the-Counter Channel Application (OTCnet) to Release 5.1 in May 2026, which introduces the following updates:
System Enhancements
- Upgrade OTCnet Local Bridge: The OTCnet Local Bridge (OLB) is upgraded to version 2.7.1.0 and compatible with Java 11, 17, 21, and 25.
- Update OTCnet Logo: The OTCnet logo is updated with the new Bureau of the Fiscal Service branding in the OTCnet Online, Kiosk, and OLB applications.
- Include all Required Fields in Card Receipt Header: All the required fields, including the transaction date and timestamp, are contained in the Verifone card receipt header for the OTCnet Online and Kiosk application.
- Format User Provisioning Email Notifications: The text in the email notifications for approving or rejecting user provisioning requests is modified to support HTML characters and improve legibility.
