Integrating PRISM with Oracle

Our current web-based procurement system, PRISM, fully integrates with our accounting system, Oracle®. This integration allows us to meet your specialized procurement needs on time and with better savings than you could accomplish on your own. Working with PRISM makes it easier for you to accurately track, report in detail, and securely record acquisition and procurement actions.

Customers get real-time feedback and access to fund checks as requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts are created. The contract writing system, PRISM, also feeds the Federal Procurement Data System Next Generation to support Digital Accountability and Transparency Act (DATA Act) reporting.

Cash services are an integral piece of an agency's financial management. Our cash services include disbursements, deposits, Central Accounting Reporting System (CARS) reporting, and Fund Balance with Treasury (FBwT) reconciliations.

Federal Investments

We manage multiple funds with a range of market-based securities. Our expert staff coordinates with the customer on federal investment strategies and provides operational services that include updating, maintaining, and executing investment plans.

The goal is to provide the liquidity you need to cover your program expenditures and the reserves and growth you need for longer-term sustainability.

Our investment staff calculates the daily amount available for investment and processes investment transaction(s) in the FedInvest system. We also monitor federal investment activity in the general ledger daily and reconcile general ledger account activity and balances monthly.

Grants, Loans, and Foreign Payment Services

We can manage the processing of your grant and loan transactions, obligations and payments. Working with one of our administration experts, you get timely, accurate processing of your grants and loans. We can also process your foreign and personal service contractor (PSC) payments as well as any miscellaneous payments.

Account Maintenance and Reconciliation

We provide account maintenance and reconciliation services, establishing accounting data elements to track your accounting activity and rules to minimize improper recording of accounting activity. This includes monthly general ledger account reconciliation, ensuring accurate posting of transactions to appropriate general ledger accounts, with monthly analyses of budgetary and proprietary account relationships. Our goal is to safeguard complete general ledger account posting for all your agency's recorded transactions.

Reporting Services

We offer professional Standard General Ledger (SGL) reporting services for the preparation of federal financial reports, including all monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and any ad hoc reports necessary to satisfy agency reporting requirements. As a part of the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, we remain current on updating policy and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with all federal financial reporting.
