On March 25, 2025, Executive Order 14249, Protecting America’s Bank Account Against Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, directed federal agencies to consolidate financial management systems and adopt standard solutions available through the Financial Management Marketplace, administered by the Financial Management Quality Service Management Office (FM QSMO).

In response, the Bureau of the Fiscal Service is leading OneFM, a program which will consolidate Treasury’s core financial systems and provide core financial management services to government.
