The following outlines guidance on IPP attachment specifications.
- Attachments must be in one of the following file formats: DOC, DOCX, EXCEL, GIF, JPG, PDF, TEXT, TIF, TXT, WORD, WPD, WPS, XLS, XLSB, XLSX, XML, XPS.
- Files extensions must be in lowercase.
- Avoid using symbols in your file name (ex. $, %,&,*,#,@,!).
- A total of 5 attachments can be attached to an invoice.
- Combine files before attaching if more than 5 attachments.
- File size of each attachment cannot exceed 10MB.
- Split attachments into smaller files when files exceed 10MB.
