Intragovernmental Activities

Most transfers of funds require Interagency Agreements (IAAs). To transfer the funds needed, agencies must be able to accurately and securely manage and exchange financial information with other organizations. We record IAAs as either obligations and/or reimbursable agreements.

We facilitate downstream activity for accruals or Intra-governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC) settlement of funds transfers. We manage IPAC transactions electronically from federal vendors and route them to the appropriate contracting officers' representatives (CORs) for review and approval.

We also perform reconciliations about elimination difference providing help in resolving such differences. We also assist agencies with guidance on government-wide initiatives aimed at improving Intragovernmental reporting standards.

We can:

  •    Record Obligations and/or Reimbursable Agreements per IAAs
  •    Create, retrieve, track and post IPACs related to IAAs or other transfers
  •    Process Intragovernmental expense accruals and/or revenue accruals
  •    Perform intragovernmental reconciliations and eliminations
  •    Provide guidance on Intragovernmental reporting needs
