ARC Pension-related Services
Our federal pension payroll-related services include processing timely and accurate pension payments, preparing and distributing reports, managing tax reporting, and recording payroll activity in Oracle®. We conduct eligibility audits on plan participants and provide results to benefits administrators to suspend or terminate future payments.
We pursue recovery of post-eligibility payments upon request of benefits administrators. We also provide debt collection and prevention support including performing analyses and making recommendations to help your agency limit future debt. Debt Management Services
Debt Management Services include processing and reporting on activity associated with delinquent debt owed by the public to federal and non-federal agencies. We offer some unique processes to ensure funds are exchanged timely among all parties.
