Administration for Children & Families (ACF) – Public Assistance Reporting Information System (PARIS)
Do Not Pay serves as the technical service provider for PARIS, a program administered the Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families. PARIS is a federal-state partnership that ensures the integrity of public assistance programs through detecting and deterring improper payments.
The PARIS interstate match helps state public assistance agencies (SPAAs) share information on public assistance programs, such as Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Workers' Compensation, Child Care, and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (formerly known as Food Stamps), to identify individuals or families who may be receiving benefit payments in more than one state simultaneously. SPAAs may also participate in matching with federal data sources such as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) compensation and benefit data and authoritative death records. Learn more about PARIS at https://acf.gov/paris.
Available for: State public assistance agencies conducting post-payment eligibility verification.
U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) – Unemployment Insurance (UI) Integrity Center Integrity Data Hub (IDH)
Do Not Pay integrates with the UI Integrity Center's IDH to enable interstate data matching that helps detect and prevent unemployment insurance fraud and other improper payments. Participating states can securely access multiple eligibility verification data points and services through a single query, including Do Not Pay data sources to identify deceased payees and to confirm bank account ownership and status.
Available for: State unemployment agencies conducting pre-payment and post-payment eligibility verification.
