Agency support consists of the following components:
Outreach and Business Processes
Comprised of subject matter experts connecting with agencies to help fit the best tools at Do Not Pay with customer needs. We host community of events to share best practices for addressing improper payments. We also assist with business processes by helping agencies map Do Not Pay into existing business processes.
Product & Development
Evaluates new data sources, adds new functionalities, new features, and product enhancements. Maintains DNP Portal operations, development, and privacy.
Agency Support Center
Works with agencies to onboard, determine, and target the best DNP processes and data sources to meet agencies' program needs. Also, provides training and Portal demonstrations and shares knowledge with customers.
