This webinar is geared for New Data Entry Operators/Certifying Officers or current users that would like to learn basic functionality. It will provide an overview of SPS user roles, button functionality and payment processes, followed by an interactive live demo of how to create and certify payments. The last part of the session will be open forum to ask questions and live demo of any function you would like to see.
