Cross-Servicing Next Generation Agency Reconciliation Reports

This interactive webinar, delivered via Microsoft’s TEAMS software, is for our federal creditor agency partners who are managing their agency’s delinquent debt portfolio in the Fiscal Service’s Cross-Servicing program.

The training is designed to assist federal agencies with retrieving and interpreting the detailed information in the Agency Reconciliation Report. The report provides a high-level summary of every delinquent debt certified into the Cross Servicing Next Generation (CSNG) system.

This is an important course for those new to debt collection and serves as a valuable refresher for those with more experience. Participants will be provided with demonstrations for setting report parameters, generating, and downloading the report, and interpreting the content. You do not have to be a CSNG system user to attend.
