Electronic ACH Debit Refunds through Pay.gov and Secure Payment System (SPS)

Pay.gov has added new functionality to allow agencies to request ACH debit refunds directly through the Agency Collections site (myagency). 

This webinar will discuss that functionality.

Topics will include:　

•   Submitting refund requests for either the full or partial transaction amounts from the Pay.gov Transaction Search screen.
•    Bulk requests where users can upload a .csv file containing the date, transaction ID, TAS-BETC classification, and amount to request refunds for as many as 100 unique transactions at once.
•    Limitations on requesting refunds.
•    Certifying Officer responsibilities in SPS for requested refunds.
