OTCnet Release 4.12 Overview

TThe U.S. Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) Over the Counter Division (OTCD) is updating the Over-the-Counter Channel Application (OTCnet) to Release 4.12 in March 2025, which introduces the following updates:

System Updates

• Upgrade to OLB 2.7.0.1 in OTCnet Offline: The OTCnet Local Bridge (OLB) is upgraded to version 2.7.0.1 in OTCnet Offline.
• Modify OTCnet Login Process: OTCnet system recognizes when an existing user with an updated email address logs in to OTCnet and will automatically update the database to reflect their new email address. This will prevent the impacted users from seeing a blank screen upon login. Instructions will be added to the Import OTCnet User Identity Module screen for administrators’ reference.
• Add Capability in Collections Information Repository (CIR) File Status Report to generate an Asynchronous Report: The Collections Information Repository (CIR) File Status report can be generated asynchronously so that users can schedule a report and return later to download the report.
• Add Scheduled Report Generation: Users can run a “Scheduled Report Generation” job through the Manage Process page.
• Rename Historical Report Menu Option: The “Historical Reports” menu option is renamed to “Scheduled Reports” and the “Generate Historical Report” menu option is renamed to “Generate Scheduled Reports.”
• Enhance System Performance and Security: Vulnerabilities from security scan findings are mitigated to ensure the safety of OTCnet.
