Debt Management will host a webinar workshop on Due Process. There is no charge for this training.
This webinar will provide a broad overview of due process issues in the debt collection area and is for federal employees who assist their agencies in identifying, establishing, and collecting receivables owed to the United States. It will cover basic notice requirements, how to respond to different types of debtor disputes, best practices, and common mistakes to avoid. The session assumes that the participants have a basic understanding of the debt collection process.
