Debt Management would like to invite our creditor agency partners to participate in a "demonstration" of our new replacement system for the current FedDebt system.
Cross Servicing Next Generation is the implementation of the new commercial-off-the-shelf product known as the Artiva system. Although the system is still in development, we are excited to show you what is on the way.
These overview sessions will provide an opportunity to preview the Artiva system and the general functionality it offers. They will also provide an opportunity to participate in an open discussion and to have your questions about the system answered.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not formal or in-depth training on the Artiva system. Formal training will be provided at a later date, along with step-by-step instructions on the creditor agency functionality within the system.
Registration will be open until June 8, 2017, or when the sessions are full. The sessions are repetitive. Participants only need to attend one session. Thank you for your cooperation.
