Event Details:
The Centralized Receivables Service (CRS) is a program to assist federal agencies in managing accounts receivable, with the goal of increasing collections on current receivables in order to reduce delinquent debt.
This training includes information on how CRS helps with managing pre-delinquent debts and debts in the early stages of delinquency before they are eligible for DMS referral using Treasury's collection and reporting services, specifically Pay.gov and the Collections Information Repository (CIR), formerly the Transaction Reporting System (TRS).
You will also learn how CRS facilitates the seamless transfer of eligible delinquent debt to DMS for Cross-Servicing as required by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 (DCIA).
Note: You must be a federal government employee to register for all DMS training. Please register using your government e-mail address.
Please use the form below to register.
DMS will send out Webinar sign-on access and handout information to registered attendees prior to the webinar.
