Do Not Pay (DNP) Spotlight Training: How to Adjudicate in the Portal

DNP Spotlight Training sessions are sponsored by the DNP Outreach and Business Processes Division of the DNP Business Center.  The Adjudication of Potential Improper Payments session is a 1-hour course designed to give the user a clear understanding of the process of adjudicating potential improper payments within the DNP portal based on matches during the payment integration stream. 

This session also provides focused step-by-step training and guidance through the use of screen shots on what to do when matches occur within the portal.

Participation is highly recommended for newly enrolled users of the DNP portal, users who have not adjudicated in a while and need a refresher, and supervisors who would like to familiarize themselves with the process.

Meeting details (i.e., call in/webinar information) will be distributed to all registered attendees after registering.

This webinar is conducted by members of the DNP Agency Support Center.
