Centralized Receivables Service (CRS) 101

Debt Management Services (DMS) will host "Centralized Receivables Service (CRS)" training  for federal agency employees on January 31, 2017.

There is no charge for this training.

The Centralized Receivables Service (CRS) is provided to federal agencies to assist them in managing and accounts receivable, with the goal of increasing collections on current receivables in order to reduce delinquent debt.

This training includes information on how CRS helps with managing pre-delinquent debts and debts in the early stages of delinquency before they are eligible for DMS referral using Treasury's collection and reporting services, specifically Pay.gov and the Collections Information Repository (CIR), formerly the Transaction Reporting System (TRS).

You will also learn how CRS facilitates the seamless transfer of eligible delinquent debt to DMS for Cross-Servicing as required by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 (DCIA).

Please register using the button below. Registration will close January 24, 2017, or when the session is full. Space is limited, so please register early.

Note: You must be a federal government employee to register for all DMS training. Please register using your government e-mail address.
