Online Bill Payment: The Convenient, Simple and Secure Payment Option

Gone are the days when the public could only pay the government with cash, checks and credit cards!

Since 2013, the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Revenue Collections Management, has implemented options within our eCommerce program that offer other forms of collections through our existing systems, services, and programs.

Online Bill Payment (OLBP) is a convenient, simple and secure payment option that allows individuals to pay an agency via Automated Clearing House (ACH) Credit by logging into their bank’s website or third-party payment module.

The purpose of this webinar is to continue to educate federal program agencies about OLBP, discuss the next steps on how your agency can get set up with OLBP, and address any questions you may have.
