OTCnet Enrollment for Federal Agencies

Enrolling your federal agency in OTCnet is easy. This page provides information and key documents necessary for getting started, taking training, and setting-up OTCnet at your organization.

Getting Started for Agencies

To get started with your OTCnet enrollment, you will need to complete the following:

  1. Review the basic Expansion Sheet to learn about the basic enrollment process

  2. Complete the necessary enrollment forms:
    1. Agency Site Profile Word document
    2. Primary Local Security Administrator (PLSA) Form PDF document
    3. Deposit Reporting Setup Worksheet Word document

  3. Review the essential documents:
    1. OTCnet System Requirements PDF document
    2. User Roles Guide PDF document
    3. OTCnet User Provisioning Information (ISIM 101) PDF document
    4. Notice Required for Back Office Conversion Entries PDF document

Getting Started for Financial Institutions

To get started with your OTCnet enrollment, visit our Financial Institution Enrollment page:

  1. Complete the Primary Local Administrator (PLSA) Form, following the instructions on the form

  2. Review the OTCnet System Requirements document to ensure that your computer is compatible with secure, Web-based data sharing.

OTCnet Training

We recommend that you complete OTCnet self-paced, web-based training (WBT) prior to using the system and making your first deposit in OTCnet. WBT is recommended for all OTCnet users. To locate the web based training, please select Training from the left navigation area.

You do not need a login or password to access the training.

The OTCnet Team will work closely with agencies to ensure your enrollment in OTCnet is a success.
