All Vantiv Direct users should attend training on federal agency reporting requirements. Sessions are offered every Tuesday at 2PM, Eastern Time.
Vantiv has established a dedicated support team for federal agencies. They are available 24/7 for general questions, terminal support, reconciliation questions, supplies, and for help with Vantiv Direct.
