DNP Spotlight Training:
User Roles and Responsibilities

DNP Spotlight Training sessions are sponsored by the DNP Outreach and Business Processes Division of the DNP Business Center. The User Roles and Responsibilities session is a 1-hour course designed to explain the purpose of the DNP Portal Hierarchical Structure and examine how an agency user's assigned role impacts their agency's adjudication efforts.

This session discusses the responsibilities of each role in the DNP Portal Hierarchy Structure. Specifically, this session defines the roles of the Authorizing Official, Primary Local Security Administrator, Local Security Administrator, Portal User, and Level 1 Portal User.

Participation is highly recommended for individuals responsible for assigning DNP roles for their agency and for individuals assigned to use the DNP Portal.

Meeting details (i.e., call in/Webinar information) will be distributed to all active DNP Portal users prior to the training session.

This Webinar is conducted by members of the DNP Agency Support Center.
