Centralized Receivables Service (CRS) 101 Webinar

Tuesday, January 31, 2017

11:00 a.m. Eastern Time

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

Debt Management Services (DMS) will host Centralized Receivable Service training for federal agency employees on January 31, 2017. There is no charge for this training.

The Centralized Receivables Service (CRS) is provided to federal agencies to assist them in managing and accounts receivable, with the goal of increasing collections on current receivables in order to reduce delinquent debt.

This training includes information on how CRS helps with managing pre-delinquent debts and debts in the early stages of delinquency before they are eligible for DMS referral using Treasury's collection and reporting services, specifically Pay.gov and the Collections Information Repository (CIR), formerly the Transaction Reporting System (TRS).

You will also learn how CRS facilitates the seamless transfer of eligible delinquent debt to DMS for Cross-Servicing as required by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 (DCIA).

DMS will send out Webinar sign-on access and handout information to registered attendees prior to the webinar.

For questions, please contact Iris Green at (202) 874-6810 or e-mail Iris.Green@fiscal.treasury.gov.
