Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC)

What is IPAC?

IPAC is a way for Federal Program Agencies (FPAs) to transfer funds from one agency to another with standardized descriptive data.

IPAC has three components:

  • IPAC
  • Retirement and Insurance Transfer System (RITS)
  • Treasury Receivable Accounting and Collection System (TRACS)

IPAC will be unavailable on Friday, November 16, 2018 beginning at 10:00 p.m. (EST) through Monday, November 19, 2018 at 6:00 a.m. (EST), for the deployment of Release 18.2.3 of the IPAC application. Please do not send any IPAC bulk files or try to access any IPAC on-line applications during this time fame.

IPAC will be back in operation on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 6:00 a.m. (EST) at which time you may begin normal processing of transactions and generating reports. Please call the Treasury Support Center at 877-440-9476 or e-mail IPAC@stls.frb.org if you have any questions.
